Pros
A great place to learn and if you have a positive arritude you can excel quickly. Lots of opportunity and they care about the employees here. On a personal level they understand if you have a family matter its always family first. Great starting wage for young apprentices.
Cons
Need a car, and hard to get into the company if you have limited experience. Should probably take a pre app before applying just to have a good chance of being employed.
