I can pick my own hours that I work, I work for a client that is open 24/7 so i work when the kids are asleep!
I can work more than one opportunity or change up if I see another one I like!
Its a hourly rate as well

The training can be long but its not terrible it just depends on the opportunity you pick

They offer full support. I worked with another company on the Arise platform and they did not offer the support Murphy Virtual Solutions, LLC does. We have a chat room that we join and our on private portal. I am glad I chose this company to go with. I can choose my own hours work when I want. Its great it works around my kids schedule and I am going to school so Even better. I work full time
Direct deposit(sometimes a few days early), Personal portal access to where I can access my pay invoices view clients pay rates and reviews before I sign up. Direct chat access to the Owner of the business, Free vouchers for the training fee
Cons
You have to be self motivates since your working from home(have to make yourself go to work)
If you dont show up for scheduled time you could be terminated if consistent
