Pros
Great people, fun loving and family oriented. Some really mature and understanding managers. Also nice office location. Senior management appreciates good work.
Cons
Its great for the first couple of years when you are still learning and there is a certain level of fascination to wards everything. If you stay on after this initial honeymoon phase, the cracks begin to appear. They want and need processes but dont like them so dont respect them. Hence once these processes are made and are put in place also some managers continue to abuse their position and never change their ways. Some managers think no end to themselves and believe they can throw tantrums and get what they want. The C-suite level management does not to stop such behavior and inadvertently even supports it. Everything is taken up on Case by Case basis. Managers are always too busy to answer questions, only some actually take the time to develop and train the juniors in their teams. The compensation rate rarely ever keeps up with the market Partiality is meted to those who have stayed longer in the company or hold powerful positions, if you are a junior, you are just tossed aside.
