Many work-life balance benefits and resources, including an additional car allowance (added on top of your monthly pay), company card for gas, unlimited PTO, great health insurance, and the ability to make your own schedule.
Cons
As the company began restructuring the travel budget allocations, 12 hour work days became normalized with an overabundance of retail events - many of which were booked at locations within a 2 hour driving distance, adding 4 hours of drive/commute time on top of an 8+ hour work day.
