Field education on many different types of Munters desiccant wheel systems. There is formal training but it is limited and special inside liberty training will only be shared or approved to some.

Lack of proper run testing leading to issues on start ups that falls on techs in the field to sort out with limited access to getting the right people in the factory to help them. Lack of installation support leading to delayed start up in the field which ultimately will be carried on the backs of field service.
