      Good pay and benefits Good desire to improve patients lives Managed the whole company to work from home during Covid successfully.

      Cons

      Recent global changes impacted a lot of global functions and lots of exceptional. People were made redundant and they expect a small team of people left to do the work. Huge lack of diversity even though they said they will make changes from the BLM. No seen anything yet.

      Pros

      Great team, great management. Excellent support to employees, good benefits program. Good path to further career development. Good pay.

      Cons

      High workload during busy periods. Can sometimes be left to deal with issues with limited help, but will help if issues still can't be resolved - have an escalation route in place.
