Not really a con but the place is go-go-go, so be prepared to be able to pivot and shift as the clubs goals, events and seasons change.

The people who work there are great, as are most of the members.

Not the best pay. It's hourly pay, with strict hours from 8:30-5 or 8-4:30. They almost always cap you at 40 hours, they rarely approve overtime. Because of this, if you're working an event after 5 or early in the morning, you get to flex your time. So you might work 11:30am-8pm on an event day.
