Pros
Decent work culture, lots of monthly joint breakfasts/Lunch's/after work pub meetups where you get catered food and can talk with colleagues, decent in house training for technicians. Fully supplied uniform, tools, car, phone & laptop for technicians. Lots of overtime available. Get to work with some great senior technicians who have good knowledge to share.
Cons
Extremely corporate feeling. Nothing can be done without going through 4 people first & everything is heavily run through and monitored by the main branch in Germany. Hard work doesn't always get acknowledged & you really have to argue for anything more than a cost of living payrise. Management also sometimes feels incompetent and non-supportive of their staff
