A company that can’t live to its core competencies. First one is transparency: company can’t do payroll correctly for being a payroll company. Company isn’t transparent on guidelines: changed quotas on last day of month or made quota unattainable for team by setting unrealistic goals. Most of team didn’t know there was a 60% quota attainment and realized they weren’t getting paid commissions. Changed quotas 3 times in 3 months. Sales leadership thinks hey let’s hire more, means more revenue in company but reality is they are scaling too fast and aren’t able to coach their current teams and train properly. No guidance.
