5 star reviews are FAKE! BEWARE! This is, without exaggeration, one of the most poorly run organizations I have ever encountered. The leadership failures here are not isolated—they are systemic, cultural, and deeply embedded. Working here is not only demoralizing; it is professionally embarrassing. Leadership & Culture: Leadership operates with a combination of incompetence, insecurity, and arrogance that has created a culture of fear and silence. Rather than setting standards or modeling excellence, senior leaders rule through intimidation, favoritism, and scapegoating. Psychological safety does not exist. Questioning bad decisions—even respectfully—is treated as insubordination. Misogyny is not subtle here. Women are talked over, dismissed, undervalued, and held to entirely different standards than their male counterparts. Contributions by women are routinely ignored unless echoed by someone leadership favors. Advancement has far more to do with personal allegiance than ability or results. Executive & Senior Management Competence: Several senior leaders—particularly within customer‑facing and commercial functions—are visibly and dangerously unqualified for their roles. Instead of bringing clarity or strategy, they perpetuate chaos, reward incompetence, and actively suppress high performers who threaten the status quo. Leadership celebrates loyalty over skill, optics over outcomes, and compliance over competence. Excellence is not only unrewarded—it is often punished. Hiring Practices: Hiring decisions are reckless and unserious. The company has aggressively hired from a single competitor with a stunning disregard for actual skills, experience relevance, or cultural fit. Internal talent is ignored, sidelined, or pushed out in favor of external hires who are ill‑equipped to succeed. The result is a bloated leadership layer that lacks credibility with its own teams. Payroll, Classification & Compliance Risk: Operational dysfunction extends into areas that should never be optional. Payroll errors are frequent and unresolved, affecting both employees and contractors. Incorrect payments, delays, and discrepancies are treated as minor inconveniences rather than serious failures. Even more concerning are employee classification practices that appear, at best, negligent and, at worst, legally questionable. Management Style & Morale: Management relies on fear instead of leadership. Favoritism is blatant. Certain individuals are protected regardless of performance, while others are micromanaged, undermined, or quietly forced out. Feedback flows downward only, and retaliation—formal or informal—is common. Morale is predictably terrible. High performers leave. Mediocrity thrives. Dysfunction is normalized. Career Impact: Perhaps the most damaging aspect of working here is the reputational risk. This company’s internal dysfunction, poor leadership reputation, and visible operational failures make it genuinely embarrassing to have on your résumé. Association with this organization has already impacted my confidence in how future employers will perceive my experience here. Bottom Line: This is not a place to grow, learn, or build a career. It is a cautionary tale of what happens when unqualified leadership, toxic culture, misogyny, and operational negligence go unchecked. I strongly advise anyone considering employment here to look elsewhere—especially experienced professionals and women.
