Pros
The management tries and takes care of each and every employee on humanitarian and social grounds. MD and Directors are well behaved. They also are approachable whenever we face any sort of problems. They do take personal care also.
Cons
Presently, the payment of salaries along with the enhancing benefits are downsized due to continuous losses and non-diversification of existing businesses. Some political involvement of hierarchy are also responsible for the current business cuts. Visions in businesses are also required.
