Poor Management - Anonymous employee MultiCam Employee Review

CFO is extremely poor at management and working with people. Micro-Manager and he likes to play people against each other. He uses team building meetings for people to point out someone else's mistakes in front of the group. I could not find anyone else in the company that had a good opinion about him. It is not a wonder why the Accounting department has a severe turn-over.
