      Design knowledge of Field Application Engineers Dedicated employees at the factories Friendly customer services staff with solid systems in place

      Cons

      No longer have factories in the US or elsewhere outside of China Factories are old Harder to complete for new business as Western companies are restricting the number of suppliers manufacturing out of China
