Pros
Work work work ...There is clueless ,endless and view-less work will be forced to you to do that even you are not allowed to have a tea break before lunch. Your will never get fat because they won't give you proper time and environment to eat You will never ever get cold while working because ac's never work. Company is very dynamic there policies change within hour. Salary is not on time 3-4 people are working without salary CEO is telling them financial issue we will done it by next week next week never done the salary yet it's almost 3-4 months gone finally i have to give the resigned to the company a lots of pressure. i'll never suggest you to guys join this company . if your work is not done stay whole night and finish it if their work is done "who are you" they are like that people.even project manager too .
Cons
Salary delay of more than 2 months still not got yet , Older employees bullies. No vision and mission. You have to lick the management for your stability. No motivation from the management. Its a fraud company having the operations in India.
