      Awesome team members they make working here worth it. The job is pretty simple, there aren’t a million things you need to remember or too many different software to use.

      Training could be better and a bit longer

      Pros

      Mudflap is a scrappy, mission-driven team working to modernize an industry that’s long overdue for a refresh. The pace is fast, the impact is real, and your ideas are genuinely heard. You get to build alongside smart, motivated people, and there’s a strong sense of ownership and camaraderie. We work hard, but we also have a lot of fun doing it. If you’re a builder who’s excited by growth, impact, and creating something meaningful from the ground up, this is a great team.

      Cons

      The pace and ambiguity aren’t for everyone. Work-life balance can be challenging at times, and because we’re building as we go, plans and priorities can shift quickly. You need to be comfortable operating without a lot of structure.
