Little support - Anonymous employee Muddy Paws Employee Review

I have worked here for almost 3 years. I have seen so much growth in that time. I am given the opportunity to work to the best of my ability independently while having all the support I need. I am able to focus on the dogs that I walk on a daily basis. If you are willing to work hard you have a world of opportunity infront of you with Muddy Paws.

The weather can be a bit of a bummer but that can't be helped. Everyday is different which can be difficult for some people, but that just happens to be my thing.

Building relationships with the dogs & owners was a huge plus.

Boss/owner does not care about employees health & well being. From personal issues to being bit by dogs things were very swept under the rug. Job is listed as flexible but the second you have to change up your schedule or anything it becomes an issue & every day dogs get taken from you. Which makes owners upset because their dog is used to one person coming to get them & now has no idea who is going to come.
