Cons
- Owners are cheap, do not care about employees. They only stop by the restaurant to intimidate management/employees and point out flaws they see. They will never know your name.
- So much toxicity, including from managers. Gossip is prevalent in all restaurants but it is on another level here.
- Soft skills like respect, honesty, kindness, and maturity are not valued here. Therefore, you will be managed by people who are very poor leaders and even if you are a hard worker with a good attitude, you will be see preferential treatment be given to others.
- Schedule is posted weekly, but usually only with 1-2 days notice. It starts on a Monday and isn't usually published until Saturday night. Usually your schedule remains consistent, but not always, so this makes it hard to schedule appointments and make plans. Additionally, they still require more than two weeks notice for time off requests, despite publishing so last minute.
