But while building modern technology startup with a daring vision as we have, It’s been like walking on a bumpy ride where people need to play different roles and understand their part in the organization. It becomes a need for an hour to call them on their leaves, but we do support them by compensating it. And I think this must be common with all startup’s. I am proud of our success and track record of happy clients. I chose not to debate a feeling but would say that the people who grow their career in Mugenesys is super impressive and the list is long. I am sorry if you didn’t get a chance to grow your career in Mugenesys, but many others do, much more than other companies.
