Pros
It is a good place to learn and grow as a fresher. You will get the client exposure in the early years of you career which is not possible in other organisations. It is also a place with more than 60% of employees being 26 or less in age. So, you could always feel the vibes of young people.
Cons
Pretty chaotic when people with 3 or 4 years of experience start leading a project instead of doing handson even a technical person.
