      Pros

      Very interesting job! Able to work on your own, medical benefits , some paid holidays

      Cons

      Poor management ( micromanagement) Very poor routing/scheduling from dispatch office Last minute notices on benefits changes and disrespectful communication via text and email. No presence of HR. 6 days a week, sometimes 10-11 hours ( especially in summer) No PTO, days off need to be scheduled weeks in advance and submitted via email.

      Pros

      I had been in locksmithing for years but knew little on how to grow a business. Mr.rekeys team has made it possible to grow my business much faster then I could on my own. With corporate accounts and a back office team that has always been helpful and polite. I couldn't have accomplished all I have without them.
