We have changed the structure in Movinga and now have a more transparent communication between the management and the employees to establish clearer goals and a path to follow. There has been a HR onboarding team established and we offer help with relocation, Visa support and internal opportunities for our employees, Movinga today focuses on people management. We’ve also launched an employee feedback tool because our employees are the most important thing we have and we value and trust their opinions to help shape Movinga.
