Pros

The location is very cool, but not the office itself.

Cons

Very hypocrite management. Not everyone is treated the same way. The company is claiming to be flexible, but actually there is no real intention to help this and obviously applies to everyone but the management, they have an easy life. Employees are squeezed to their bones, very long hours with no discouragement of working less and very little in return! Bad vibes in the office in general. Scruffy office, cold in the winter and extremely hot in the summer.

Pros

Amazing and intelligent people. You can learn a lot from them and they are very generous with helping each other out. Collaboration between everyone in the studio(s) are stellar. They also get a nice mix of big mega corps and upcoming startups so the work is always fresh and exciting.

Cons

The studio space in the San Francisco office can get cosy. But its nice to work closely with everyone I guess.

The agency used to focus on team support and helping individuals enhance their performance based on personal goals. Now, if employees don’t meet specific expectations, there seems to be less support, and managers may escalate issues to HR, sometimes involving unrelated concerns. This has created a perception that there is no true safe space. • Transparency Issues: Concerns about hidden discussions and non-transparent decision-making have led to trust issues among team members. • Management and Work-Life Balance: Management challenges and high workload expectations can lead to long hours and impact work-life balance. • Limited Advancement: While great for gaining experience, long-term career growth within the company may be limited.
