Good Company - Software Engineering Manager Movimento Group Employee Review

A good company to work for. I am contracted to work for movimento and the work Is very interesting. I get to work on updating various pre development vehicles. Good work Environment overall.

Working under contract Isn’t the greatest. They don’t offer great benefits and no PTO. The benefits are substandard along with the salary.

Normal employees, team leads and site supervisor were awesome.

-Upper management is completely and utterly tone deaf to solving issues and listening to concerns. -HR is essentially non existent. We are guided by upper management to quite literally spam email HR every 15-30 minutes to illicit a response. -No growth opportunities (on this continent). company will try to sell you on all the opportunities for growth and different positions that are available, then at the very end mention that it’s in Poland or India. Of course, there is no relocation assistance offered either. -Company tells us our job titles are “too unique” and impossible to compare, thus allowing them to decide what is fair for compensation instead of using other similar jobs as a benchmark. A 3 minute google search proves their entire argument moot, instead they tell us they have an entire compensation team whose job it is to ensure we are fairly being paid.
