Pros
Movement, Boombox, Qzzr, Pollcaster, etc - it's all the same company. This company helped me grow as an individual. The reason is attributed to a few different things. First of all, the leadership team is phenomenal. All the guys are geniuses and are always sharing their wealth of knowledge. There were a number of trainings that they put on for the company. However, they weren't worthless trainings. In fact, they were life changing. The trainings were on things like communication, having difficult discussions with others, staying "on-center," staying curious, and not being judgmental of others, etc. I could go on and on. The culture, the "good vibes," the product, the leadership, etc. was all the best I've ever seen. They did a great job of making everyone feel important and valuing everyones opinions. Truly a tight-nit company.
Cons
Basic health benefits - really not a whole lot of cons I can think of. It's a startup so wearing different hats and a lot of change..
