Pros
You will be working with great people. However, the nature of the sales commissions is very cut-throat. Upper management is seldom seen as you work in several small markets, as the company is based out of their Mobile, AL office. This is unfortunate because they are the very experienced and exceptional mentors. You will learn a lot about sales mostly the hard way, but I suppose that is the best way to do it.
Cons
Tenured employees seemingly were able to pick and choose more promising leads and incredibly converted more sales. This is a contract job with no benefits and no guarantees. You have to produce at a high level or you will not last long. High turnover. No healthcare. No 401k. If you are energetic and enjoy a challenge you can make good money. But proceed with caution. Also, unpaid training is very questionable.
