Pros
- Very flexible scheduling. They really allow you to take time as needed (if you have it) to do what you gotta do. - Nice workflow/time management. I really get to manage my own time how I need in order to get things done. - Great opportunities for advancement if you can really dig in, and get things done. - Great innovative individuals to work with both internally and externally.
Cons
- Insurance is awful. We changed to a CDHP insurance in the last year and all doctor visits, prescriptions, etc. come out of an HSA account...... Until it is dried up and then it comes out of your pocket until the deductible is met. We used to have a co-pay only. - The management is very shady sometimes. They are deceptive and really don't want to share any information that would be helpful to their employees. They would rather lie to your face about how a process is done or how we manage our data, for fear that we will go and tell our competition. - Management go around you and undermine your own decisions to get things done without you knowing about it, instead of working together as a team. - Management does not like an idea unless they came up with it, or unless the president throws his weight around on the "flavor of the month" issue or topic that is prioritized. - Overly managed/micro manages people.
