Have worked for many small companies and here at MS3 the culture and the people really does make it a true family feel. The people coming out of the training program are very sharp and the trainer ensures they are ready to support customers. Well Done!

Growing pains are expected but could see more movement on updating policies and benefits to be inline with modern companies but HR seems a little slow to make any changes.
