-Management ignored things like staff using organizational resources for personal use; there was a pattern of ignoring problems brought up by staff
-Administration did non-inclusive things like repeatedly misstating the name of an employee of color even after being told the correct pronunciation
-Employees of color and LGBTQ employees often left after a short duration
-When questioned about salary discrepancies backed up by data and wanting to know what was going to be done about wage compression, administration response to employees was "Don't go there."
-Departments couldn't effectively collaborate and treated each other like competition instead of working together to serve the same community
