MSI is very close with candidates during the entire process, regardless if they are or are not selected to fill in open positions.
I feel they have listened to my initial needs and have helped me out get up to speed as fast as possible.
Cons
For positions out of the places where MSI has particular offices, introduction processes a bit slower as there are several things that needs to be addressed virtually and through carrier's transit times.

Thanks for your review. Striving to be our best is a cornerstone of being a Motorolan, and we work to build a culture of professional development for all employees. Toward that end, we have implemented a number of growth and development initiatives, including job rotations, mentor programs and technical training. This continues to be a focus throughout the organization and we appreciate your feedback.
I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.
Cons
That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
