Pros
I enjoyed the work I was doing, and I enjoyed the team I worked with. Benefits are on par with other tech companies. Room to experiment and implement solutions in modern technologies. (.NET CORE, Angular, Azure)
Cons
Raises and promotions are extremely difficult to come by; I didn't receive a single raise in 4.5+ years. I was told many excuses, and even promised raises and market corrections; but there was always some excuse why they didn't come through. Other local companies are offering over 50% more salary for the same position than I am making at Motorola with similar or identical benefits.
