Pros
They gave me stock when they IPO'd. It's a decent company to work for (flexibility is pretty good). It is a good place to go if you are a younger developer looking for experience (you will get it here). This is a transcontinental company (located in the Americas, so North America and South America). If you are not US-based your experience will probably be great.
Cons
It's not the same company that was originally based in Tampa, Florida (the founders of that company are long gone). It's a publicly traded company, so before joining this company you really should take a look at the history of that stock price (no further commentary need mentioned). Things are often promised, but the delivery on those promises is often not delivered (or delivered much later than when things were originally promised with long gaps with zero communication). Additionally, I don't feel like management of the company, really cares about the employees.
