Pros
First of all, the coworkers I worked with were all friendly, and were very welcoming. No office drama or blatant office politics at all. It's very rare to find that in any workplace. The service itself is quite unique, and I never heard of another company that provides quality visual assets for litigation. There were occasional company gatherings and the founders were at least hip enough to throw things like barbeques, brew days, and game tournaments. Office was well maintained and cleaned, and everyone got their own cubicle space, so there was a sense of privacy. They weren't overly strict on punctuality; you can come in "around" a certain time, rather than on the dot. They were also flexible on arranging a specific time to come in if requested. They also offered a bonus program that rewards you for working well. Paychecks were consistent and on time.
Cons
My first gripe was when I first interviewed; they told me very last minute that I'd be starting off with a lower "introductory" salary, something they have neglected to mention in the job listing. A lot of reviews here seem to point out that the founders have micromanagement issues, but I honestly think it's more about their inability to manage time. They are constantly out of the office, and even when they are, they are constantly in lengthy meetings. I would often see people lining up outside of the founders' offices just to get feedback. And this would usually be towards the end of the day. Of course, by the time you even get any sort of feedback, it's likely they will turn it down. As for feedback, because the founders couldn't dedicate enough time to run through your work, the feedback was often inconsistent. They would ask you to do things one way, but the next hour they would change their minds completely. This would result in unpaid overtime, and late night phone calls and texts (and usually at hours where people are expected to go to bed). There were a few positions that only lasted a few weeks, or positions that would become vacant every month or so. Layoffs were very frequent.
