The sky is truly the limit here! You are given a book of business to manage, and grow right from the start. The unique appeal here, is that you have full P/L responsibilities of your accounts, and take home a percentage of the net profit every quarter. I started about six months ago, and this opportunity has truly exceeded all of my expectations. The CEO truly cares about our team, and is always looking for feedback on what we can do better as a company. He deeply cares about our professional development, and is invested in our overall well being (i.e. brings in office massages, pays for our gym memberships, etc. ). I see a very bright future with Mosaic, and see myself here for many years to come.
