The work is not a cake-walk though, while enjoyable in everyday ways, a certain level of effort and work ethic is required - but that is what makes us all better, and I appreciated it as it has helped me progress. The kitchen is a hub of energy, stocked with an assortment of freebies, snacks, and drinks that keep everyone fueled throughout the day. And the annual camping getaway up north? It’s a unique tradition that allows colleagues to unwind and connect on a more personal level, forging bonds that extend well beyond the office walls.
