Pros

Understanding coworkers who are willing to help in a pinch! Food is great and getting a free meal is a bonus. Wage increases are trying to keep up with the rising cost of living.

Cons

Severely understaffed so workers are all over worked and exhausted. Current director is definitely a narcissist. Employees are pressured to look for new hires. Job ads are not consistently up to bring in new applicants. No holiday pay.
