Training is great but otherwise do not have a personality.

Hired for personality but also fired for personality. Don't bother speaking to other departments, it'll put your job security at risk. They will refuse to tell you what you did wrong and refuse to speak to you before firing you.

- Micromanaged.
- Insurance Costs.
- Not paid for drive time to first call nor on the way Home from last call (regardless of the length of the drive).
- Company is more concerned with growing the Company rather than working on current problems/issues.
- Compensation
- Management/Company celebrates Techs who sell.
- Management/Company doesn’t recognize Techs who honestly operate by the Company’s Core Values and perform Preventative Maintenances like the were taught to.
