Pathetic company to work at - Software Engineer Morphedo Technologies Employee Review

Worst company one can get into. They call themselves a technology company yet they don't invest in software engineers. Software Engineers are the lowest in their company's hierarchy. They have a handful of engineers, 2-3 software engineers who take care of all their projects and clients. Anything goes wrong and they put everything on their engineers. There's no management and the CEO is worse. No communication at all and not ready to listen to when you take the step first. I had to suffer in my career for a childish CEO. HR is not helpful too and obviously as directed by CEO himself.
