Since Morphe has switched over from being US run communication has improved however head office still don’t understand how things actually work on the ground floor and what running a retail store actually entails. Everyone in store management is constantly burnt out because it’s as if we are running a business ourselves. Different stores receive different treatment. If you are performing well they just expect you to continue to excell because that’s what you’ve been doing this whole time, so you won’t receive the support you need or deserve.
