Pros
I learned so much which kept me busy so the days went by very quickly. Planning events was a challenge that I truly enjoyed. Last but not least, I truly enjoyed working with the Graduate Students who were younger than I in most cases and it gave me a great feeling for what the future holds.
Cons
I don't like to go into negative things, yet you are asking for a reason so I will mention I found some individuals were employed for a long time and felt their being there meant they did not have to carry their work load nor were they friendly. Morale was very low due to people not wanting to work. I always kept my head high no matter how negative some where.
