Great people to work with. Building is in a great location across the street from South Coast Plaza. Covered parking. A lot of fun events, parties, and pot lucks. Charity events held monthly for Choc Children Hospital.

Benefits are lacking for health insurance. 401k is matched only at 2%. Pay increases are on hold for 3 years. Work life balance is difficult, get ready for a few 10 hour days.

I have NO pros about his company!!

I was actually hired in 2010 (but the "last year of employer" only went to 2013) when the company was located in Orange, CA. From the very beginning I always felt MD was a shady business. I only lasted 5 months there before I was fired. Apparently, they didn't like my ethical work habits and how I questioned them on so many situations that came up. I was always called into my managers office telling me that I needed to change how I approached the customers that called in for help. I needed to conform to MD terms and "scripts" when speaking to customers, but many times I felt I didn't agree with how they wanted my verbiage to be. I was written up several times for being too honest and straight forward, and ultimately fired. So it comes as no surprise to learn what has become of MD. My instincts were correct and spot-on! Shame on MD for how they scammed so many people!! It was a blessing I was fired.
