more2 creates a very social work environment and cares about company culture.
Cons
Unfortunately, since the founder of more2 sold the business, senior management has lost its way. There is a lot of dishonesty and they’re very good at playing the game and telling you what you want to hear. There is also an element of bullying and if you are a junior there is no support to help you. There is no flexibility in the already below benchmark pay with progression also moving at a snails pace. The standard of output to support clients has also gone down hill since the sale of the business.
