Management doesn’t listen to their employees concerns. They show favoritism towards certain staff members and dismiss others. No actual accountability on anyone’s end and they make it seem like their word is final. They allow people in leadership roles to treat others in a disrespectful manner and talk about the throughout the company and brush it under the rug. There is no sound structure at all. They just through things together and expect people to figure it out. They can be culturally insensitive to which it comes off as racism. Nobody really knows what each department does.
