I've been with Moonlight BPO for 14 years now and can honestly say if you take pride in your work, you're reliable, and show dedication the owner will reward you FAR beyond what I've ever seen with other companies. The starting pay is about 20% higher than industry standards but Brenda Grigsby (the owner) goes beyond that and surprises employees with bonuses, dinners, gifts, and help whenever they need it. I love this company!
Cons
The nature of the printing / mailing industry is high stress, deadlines, and sometimes long hours. Only about 1 out of every 10 potential employees that come thru here have what it takes to succeed at Moonlight. ( But those that do make the grade have a home for life.)
