Pros
- Good, hard working people (not in management) across all divisions
Cons
- The turnover is extremely high. 60-70 people have been fired in the past year alone. Most of these for fictional "performance" based issues. Others will be fired simply because management doesn't like you for some inane reason. - They have an appearance of doing well when they need to. They have an all-hands meeting every two months or so to pat themselves on the back. - If you want to get far, become friends with management. They'll keep their friends and yes men around because that's all they want to hear. - They can't focus on a roadmap, changing priorities on a month by month basis. - They give bonuses in stock options rather than cash which is worthless to most. - Senior management act in disgusting ways that would be punished at a company that cares about its employees. Particularly, the CFO and the head of enterprise. They pathetically belittle many within the organisation for disagreements or barely missing timelines.
