Not necessarily a con, but the pace is very fast which means it is not for everyone. But if you like having ownership and driving real things forward this is the place to be.

MoonPay has brought together genuinely talented, down-to-earth people. The culture doesn't feel like your typical FinTech — it's collaborative and refreshing. As it is still in the early stages of becoming a major company I can only imagine that the perks and office culture will only get better and better.

Pace is definitely something to highlight. Genuinely a "move fast and break things" mentality which can be hard for people who are used to a more structured, slower, casual pace. Trying to keep up and truly understanding the culture of MoonPay is the hardest part of working here. But I do think that working 1 year here can prepare you to work and thrive anywhere else. It's like a bootcaamp- it truly pushes you to your limit which in turn makes you a stronger professionally and sharper mentally. So if you're looking for innovation, the opportunity to voice ideas and make them a reality, and to push yourself to your limits you'll fit right in.
