Pros
- One of the best companies in the Ahmedabad to start a career with. - Always ready to adapt new technologies - Good Infrastructure and location - They give a salary, not on last or the first day of the month but yes they give it for sure.
Cons
- Upper Management (Actually there is nothing like management it's just the CEO who runs the firm) is full of negative vibes, They do not trust on their employee a bit. - Very bad leave policy, If you don't want to take a leave without a permission for your genuine reason and if you are kind of genuine type you need to argue with CEO for hours to approve the leave for just 1 day. But It's ok if you don't ask for permission and simply bunk the day. How does it make sense? - There nothing except work here. You cannot do Lil bit more talk which is not related to work, you will get a ping from the boss . - Employees are not allowed to use mobile more than 5-10 mins, they are not supposed to attend more than 5-6 calls while working hours, You cannot charge your mobile phones(yes that's true, it's restricted) - Employees are not allowed to go out of the office for refreshment just for 10-15 mins without a permit, which you get rarely. - There is not any kind of farewell thing for the employee who is leaving, Managment thinks it creates a negative effect on other employees, That's is so funny to hear, and worst for the employee who is leaving. Even if the employee who is going to leave and want to give a treat by chocolates to his/her colleague friends that is also not allowed too, Managment thinks it is a wasting of time for other employees - The company doesn't appreciate a bit if the employee completes 3,4,5 or more years with the company(its a rare case to spend this much time with the firm), rather than they behave like they don't care. - Simply, If you can do only work from 9 AM To 7:30 PM (Actually its just official time but you need to stay until 8 PM minimum or until you finishes your work) without moving a bit, Then you got it right, this is your dream company.
