Pros
Literally everything. The work environment is fantastic; from the moment you step into the office on your first day, everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive across all departments. You receive all the support you need to succeed, and management is always available to help if needed. The company goes above and beyond to ensure that all employees are happy. I only left because I took a career break for personal reasons, such as traveling and pursuing my dreams (making music). If I ever wanted to return, I would apply to Moon Active before considering any other company.
Cons
Personally, I felt that opportunities for advancement or department changes were somewhat limited for me, though I know that promotions and transitions do occur for others. It might have been a matter of fit, and I understand that these opportunities are based on individual circumstances and company needs.
