Everything else. If you work in the IT department, you don't actually work for Moog (you do have a Moog email and a few other things), but rather this terrible managed services company they spun the IT department off to that imposes bizarre rules about closing tickets and actually prevents you from helping the users. You will bear the brunt of a lot of user frustration for how slow even basic things are and are threatened with firing if you talk too much to your users about what is going on behind the scenes. Strangely one of the bean counters still thinks this was a good idea, apparently blind to the hidden costs from lost productivity. I've never seen an IT department with lower morale. After leaving, both my mental and physical health improved, I've never been so glad to leave a place.
