Pros

Good benefits but not-so-great salary.

Cons

Antiquated delivery systems. Confusing future initiatives. No commitment to employees. No commitment to clients regarding quality of music programming. No transparency from management. Very little diversity.

It was a great interview process, the recruiter was great to work with and made the process easy.

Pros

It's a job I guess. Albiet a stressful one.

Cons

The CFO is a serious issue. The Senoir leadership needs to be replaced. Most of the leadership underneath them needs to be replaced as well. The company has some serious issues with arrogance and egos. The whole "we've done it this way forever". They have probably 1/10th of the people they need. They report the same info 100 different ways trying to get the data to magically show better numbers. They will talk about the same issues numerous times in a week. The low line employees are the only ones doing real valuable work. Yet they are constantly interrupted to fill out spreadsheets, notes, etc even though the same information is already in the system. The leadership constantly blames finance for not being collaborative when the people on the team are some of the most collaborative people I've ever worked with. The other teams are just not held to any standard at all. They are allowed to do halfass work with zero repurcussions. It will never improve under this group. There are so many cons to this company it would take an entire day to hit them at a high level. Finance team has turned over completely two times in 3 years. CFO is still here though........
