      Flexibility seems to exist, but there's no format or structure to it.

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible onboarding. Unfriendly environment. Some employees are very defensive and rude when questioned by others.

      Pros

      The staff at monument lab are really great and strive to make the workplace a comfortable environment.

      Cons

      Because this was a temporary job it was a little unorganized at times.
